I.GROUP FLIGHT CHARACTERISTICS: 
1. STANDARD ITINERARY
OUTBOUND:
Departure Day: JFK/MAD Iberia Airlines.     (overnight flight)         
Departure Day + 1: MAD/VLC by CHARTERED AIR CONDICIONED COACH or by Iberia Airlines (see your flight itinerary).

RETURN:

Departure Day: VLC/MAD by CHARTERED AIR CONDICIONED COACH or by Iberia Airlines (see your flight itinerary).

MAD/JFK Iberia Airlines. 

            
2. SPECIAL ALLOWANCES
1. Return date can be changed from the scheduled group date, according to fare restrictions.

II. IBERIA AIRLINES FARE RESTRICTIONS FOR GROUP TICKET
1.- International air travel on IBERIA AIRLINES only.
2.- Your outbound departure day from New York MAY NOT be changed.
3.- Unless you request a change of return date, your return from VALENCIA will be confirmed for the scheduled group departure date. Return is valid only for departure from Valencia or from Madrid, and the VALENCIA-MADRID and MADRID-NEW YORK portions must be made on the same day.
4.- All changes of return date made from the scheduled group date are subject to seat availability for the applicable group fare according to IBERIA AIRLINES at the time the change is requested. For all date changes, you must contact JULIÀ CENTRAL DE VIAJES in Valencia. 
6.- Changes of return dates requested by the deadline stated on the flight itinerary for your term, will not be subject to extra cost.
7.- Each and every change of return date requested after the deadline for your term WILL be subject to the additional charge of $200.
8.- All changes must be made by the deadline stated on your flight itinerary. (Approximately 20 days before the scheduled group return.)
9.- Your ticket is valid for available return dates up to the deadline stated on your flight itinerary (Up to approximately 25 days after scheduled group return).
10.- Ticket issue date is stated on your flight itinerary. Before this date, you must specifically indicate on your UVA application that you want a group ticket, or a ticket will not be purchased for you. Cancellations made once your ticket has been issued will be subject to payment of the full cost of the ticket.
11.On departure day, if for any reason you are not checked in in time for boarding, you will lose the ticket and the amount of the ticket paid, and you will have to get to Valencia by your own means
