1. Add-drop period ends on the date shown on the calendar. Click on “GENERAL INFORMATION/CALENDAR”, this page.
2. Students with a schedule conflict will have priority in add-drop only during the Assessment Period on the semester calendar.
3. All course changes must first be approved and finally confirmed by the Academic Director, Prof.Eliseo Valle. email@example.com . Admission to any class must have his final signature.
DEADLINES FOR TIMELY WITHDRAWAL FROM A COURSE AFTER ADD-DROP
A student wishing to withdraw from a course after the add-drop period for the term, must express this is writing to the Academic Director.
In winter terms, this deadline will be 30 calendar days before the end of the class period, excluding the final exam.
In summer sessions, the deadline will be at 3p.m. on the second day after the midterm exam.
The transcript in these cases will show “W” as the grade for the course. Any later withdraws will incur in an F(0) for the course in question.
